We try to process orders as quickly as possible! Every shirt is printed, packed, and shipped to order, usually within 2–7 business days.

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery times depend on the carrier, holiday schedules, and other variables outside our control.

For multiple items, your order may ship in separate packages (sometimes from different facilities).

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

We aren’t fully automated for international shipping (yet), but yes — we can make it happen. 🌍 If you’d like something shipped outside the U.S., just reach out to us directly and we’ll set up a manual order for you.

Every Surfari Collection item is made-to-order using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. This process uses high-quality, water-based inks that are printed directly into the fabric fibers — kind of like a giant inkjet printer, but for shirts.

The result? A print that’s soft, breathable, and long-lasting — no cracking or peeling like old-school transfers.

And once again, because each item is printed when ordered, please be extra careful when choosing your size — we don’t keep inventory or exchange sizes like big box stores.

Absolutely. Surfari Collection runs on Shopify’s secure platform, so your credit card information is encrypted and protected. We never see or store your payment details — everything is handled through trusted processors.

We also work with Printify to fulfill orders, so your purchase is backed by established platforms that prioritize both security and quality

Since everything is printed when ordered, we don’t do traditional returns or size exchanges. That said — if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an issue, we’ll fix it. Just send us a quick note with photos and we’ll make it right.

Yes! Wash inside out, cold water, tumble dry low. Treated right, your Surfari gear will hold up through hikes, beach days, and laundry-day laziness.
